Creamy Spicy Garlic Shrimp Noodles
Ingredients
- Shrimp (skewered)
- Oil, Korean spice blend
- Lime juice
- Ramen or udon noodles
- Butter, olive oil
- Garlic, hoisin, soy sauce, gochujang
- Heavy cream
- Parsley, Parmesan cheese
- Green onions, sesame seeds
Instructions
- Season shrimp, grill or pan-cook, finish with lime juice.
- Cook noodles. In a pan, mix butter, oils, garlic, sauces, and cream.
- Add parsley and cheese. Toss in noodles and shrimp.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

Bang Bang Shrimp
Ingredients
- Shrimp (brined)
- Sauce: mayo, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, green onions, optional red chilies
- Dry dredge: flour, cornstarch, salt, white pepper, garlic powder, Korean chili flakes
- Wet batter: ¼ dry mix + vodka
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Make sauce and season to taste. Set aside.
- Prepare dry mix. Reserve ¼ and mix with vodka for wet batter.
- Dredge shrimp in dry, then wet, then dry again.
- Fry at 350°F for ~2 mins. Drain and serve with sauce.

Crab Rangoon Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz crab meat, drained and flaked
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Wonton chips or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Fold in crab meat, green onions, garlic, sugar, and ginger.
- Transfer to baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Cajun Spiced Crab Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- Macaroni pasta
- Butter
- Minced garlic
- Paprika, cayenne, chili powder, Creole seasoning, Cajun seasoning
- Crab meat
- Flour
- Milk
- Heavy cream
- Egg yolks
- Cheddar cheese
- Gruyère cheese
- Chives (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook macaroni in salted water. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté garlic in butter. Add spices and crab meat. Mix and set aside.
- Make a roux by melting butter and whisking in flour. Stir 1–2 minutes.
- Whisk in milk and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Temper in egg yolks, then turn off heat and whisk in cheddar and Gruyère.
- Combine sauce, crab mixture, and macaroni. Transfer to baking dish.
- Top with more cheese and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Garnish with chives and serve.

Fresh Shrimp Ceviche with Lime, Jalapeño & Cilantro
Ingredients
Major Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- ½–1 cucumber, diced
- 3 jalapeños, finely chopped
- ½ red onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (or parsley)
Minor Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Chop shrimp and submerge in lime and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 1½ hours until opaque.
- Dice and mix vegetables in a bowl.
- Drain shrimp (optional) and add to vegetables.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and chill or serve immediately with chips or tostadas.
Notes
Be sure to use safe shrimp and fresh citrus. Season to your preference. Parsley can be used if cilantro isn’t your thing.
